Three-Track Slipform Paver

The SMC-5500 three-track slipform paver is a multifunctional concrete paving machine developed by Metong for concrete structure construction. It uses fully electronic control, fully hydraulic drive, a three-track travel system, automatic steering, and automatic leveling control.

The three-track slipform paver can complete concrete vibration, paving, forming, and finishing in one continuous process. With strong power reserve, flexible maneuverability, and strong jobsite adaptability, the three-track slipform paver is suitable for concrete structure paving in road construction, municipal engineering, and related infrastructure projects.

  • Open operator platform
    The open operator platform provides a wide field of view, allowing the operator to clearly observe key working areas such as the feeding unit, hopper, and mold.
  • Flexible feeding system
    The feeding system is available with a standard auger feeding unit or an optional belt feeding unit. Feeding speed can be adjusted steplessly for smooth, stable operation.
  • Multiple steering modes
    Three-track slipform paver supporting front steering, crab steering, coordinated steering, and spot steering. The system can automatically adjust each track’s steering angle and speed to improve maneuverability during slipform paving.
