The binding agent spreader is equipped with high-volume material hopper (18 m³) to support continuous large-area construction.
The binding agent spreader is equipped with quick-connect couplings for connecting with a bulk powder tanker. Based on vehicle speed, the PLC system can automatically adjust rotation speed of conveyor screw and spreader roller.
The binding agent spreader offers a spreading width of up to 2.5m and a maximum spreading quantity of 50kg/ m2. Pulse-jet cartridge dust collection system and electrohydraulic proportional control system are utilized to achieve low dust emission, precise control and high-efficiency operation.
The binding agent spreader features heavy-duty chassis, dedicated transmission, wide chain conveyor and precise spreader roller, ensuring stable and uniform spreading.
The Siemens PLC hydraulic control system enables auto-adjustment of spreading quantity, and supports single-person operation, anti-bridging, temperature protection, real-time monitoring, and an optional weighing system, increasing efficiency and precision.

Large-capacity powder hopper
The large hopper capacity supports continuous operation and helps reduce interruptions during soil stabilization and cold recycling projects.
Patented adjustable pressure-relief beam
The hopper is equipped with an adjustable pressure-relief beam, allowing operators to set the proper height for different powder materials. A vibration motor helps prevent powder bridging inside the hopper.
Large-diameter conveyor screw
A single conveyor screw can achieve a maximum capacity of 80t/ h. The use of the variable-pitch conveying can achieve uniform conveying and effectively reduce the mechanical resistance during feeding, extending the service life of conveyor screw.
Large-diameter trough impeller spreader roller
The spreader roller integrates metering with spreading to improve the accuracy and uniformity of the application rate.
Hydraulic oil temperature monitoring
The hydraulic system automatically monitors oil temperature during operation. If the oil temperature exceeds the set limit, the system triggers an alarm, starts the cooling fan, and alerts the operator to stop for cooling, helping protect hydraulic components.
Pulse-jet dust removal equipment
With the filtering area of 20m2, the system has a factory-measured dust removal efficiency of up to 99.5% (Actual performance may vary depending on powder properties). The pulse-jet dust removal equipment reduces dust emission during the feeding process and worker exposure to dust
Siemens PLC control system
Imported Siemens PLC components, a modular control design, and a touchscreen interface allow real-time display of operating parameters. One operator can complete the spreading operation from the cab, making the Binding Agent Spreader easier to control on site.
Dedicated gearbox for stable low-speed spreading
The gearbox is specially developed for powder spreading applications, supporting stable low-speed operation required for accurate binder distribution.
