Synchronous Chip Sealer
Metong synchronous chip sealers are designed for fast asphalt road construction and maintenance. The machine can spray asphalt and spread aggregate at the same time, while the asphalt spraying and aggregate spreading systems can also operate independently according to project requirements.
By applying aggregate in a synchronized process, the synchronous chip sealers improve bonding between the chips, creating a chip seal layer with good wear resistance, skid resistance, and waterproofing performance. The chip sealers also support faster traffic reopening after construction, making it suitable for chip seal work on roads of different grades.

Full-Power Chassis PTO
The hydraulic drive system uses a full-power chassis power take-off, providing strong, stable, and continuous power for asphalt spraying and aggregate spreading. This ensures the construction is not affected by gear shifting or clutch operation while the vehicle is moving.

Asphalt Tank
The large-capacity asphalt tank is designed for fast heating, combining dual burners, dual U-shaped fire-tube heating, and thermal-oil circulation heating. Heat-transfer fins are arranged around the upper and lower fire tubes, while a horizontal heavy-duty agitator and automatic temperature control system help improve heating efficiency. The heating rate can reach 20°C/h or above.

Aggregate Storage Hopper
The aggregate system features belt conveying with double-layer sealing plates to prevent leakage. The system provides uniform delivery and is less restricted by construction height, making it suitable for projects under overpasses, inside tunnels, and on curved road sections. The spiral distribution also improves aggregate flow and spreading uniformity.

Spreading Mechanism
The spreading mechanism distributes aggregate from the hopper to the road surface, helping maintain a consistent chip layer during operation.

Asphalt Spray Bars
The front and rear double-row asphalt spray bars are suitable for emulsified asphalt, neat hot asphalt binder, SBS-modified asphalt, SBR-modified asphalt, and rubberized asphalt. The spray bar height is adjustable, and the side spray bars can be folded for transport.
- Triple-overlap asphalt spraying creates a uniform binder film across the full working width
- Intelligent closed-loop control monitors asphalt application rate and vehicle speed in real time, helping maintain consistent asphalt spraying and chip spreading
- The forced spraying system and synchronized start control allow asphalt binder and aggregate to begin from the same starting line
- Spraying and spreading widths can be adjusted during operation to match lane width and jobsite conditions
- Computerized touchscreen controls and video monitoring allow operators to observe the complete working process
- Equipped with a modular control system to reduce fault risk and make maintenance more convenient
- The heating, circulation, and insulation system keeps pipelines and nozzles clear, eliminating the need for diesel flushing
- The chassis is equipped with power windows, remote central locking, air conditioning, a sleeper cab, and ABS for easier and more comfortable operation
- A flexible handheld asphalt spray system provided for shoulders, joints, corners, and other special pavement areas
- Nozzles and aggregate gates are pneumatically controlled, and each nozzle and gate can be controlled independently through the computer system
- Features self-suction and discharge functions that support asphalt loading and unloading, helping improve jobsite efficiency
- A backup operation system allows manual spraying and spreading if the main control system fails, helping maintain normal operation
