Intelligent Asphalt Distributor

The intelligent asphalt distributor is a truck-mounted asphalt spraying system built on a truck chassis and fitted with a dedicated asphalt distributor system. It is designed for asphalt application in highway, city street, airport, port, and terminal construction projects.
The intelligent asphalt distributor is mainly used for tack coat, prime coat, seal coat, and other asphalt spraying operations. The entire spraying process is computer-controlled, helping the asphalt distributor achieve accurate and uniform asphalt application. The system is designed to meet European-standard asphalt application accuracy.
With transmission PTO power and zero-start spray control, the intelligent asphalt distributor can begin spraying cleanly from the start line. Depending on jobsite requirements, asphalt can be applied through the rear spray bar for uniform surface coverage or through the hand spray wand (hand spray gun) for localized spraying work.

Asphalt Application Rate Control
The proportional valve has been repeatedly tested and upgraded to support accurate asphalt application control, with spraying accuracy within ±1%.
Fully Automatic Computer Control
The fully automatic computer control system manages the asphalt spraying operation. Each nozzle is individually controlled for accurate metering and uniform spraying, with an English interface configuration available.
Asphalt Pump
The asphalt distributor is equipped with a large-displacement asphalt pump with long service life. The effective spraying width can be automatically adjusted from 0 to 3.5 m according to jobsite requirements.
Hand Spray Wand (Hand Spray Gun)
The dual hand spray wand (hand spray gun) design includes a dedicated hot asphalt spray wand and an extended emulsified asphalt spray wand. The emulsified asphalt spray hose is equipped with a reel mechanism for convenient extension and retraction.
U-Shaped Fast Heating
The combustion chamber is designed with additional heat-transfer fins, increasing the heat transfer area to more than twice the original size and improving asphalt heating speed by 15%–20%.
Comprehensive Thermal Oil Heating and Insulation
Thermal oil heating covers the asphalt pump, rear spray pipeline, and asphalt pipelines, helping keep the asphalt spraying system ready during construction, transport, and maintenance.
Automatic Cleaning System
After operation, the automatic cleaning system can remove residual asphalt from the pipelines through pneumatic purging, making maintenance easier and helping reduce the risk of blockage.
Intelligent Pneumatic Asphalt Nozzles
Each pneumatic asphalt nozzle can be controlled independently and removed for cleaning or replacement. The nozzle design supports triple-overlap spraying for more uniform asphalt coverage.
Cab-Mounted Computer Control
Spraying data can be controlled and adjusted from the cab, allowing the operator to complete asphalt spraying operations without leaving the driver’s position.

The asphalt spray nozzles use multi-layer filtration to help reduce clogging and maintain spraying quality. - Triple-overlap spraying
The asphalt spray system supports triple-overlap application. The application rate can be automatically adjusted according to driving speed, helping improve asphalt distribution across the pavement surface. - Insulated asphalt tank
The asphalt tank is insulated with aluminum silicate material and finished with a stainless steel outer layer, helping reduce heat loss and keep the exterior clean and durable. - Dual operating stations
The asphalt distributor is equipped with two control stations: one in the cab and one on the rear operating platform. This supports more reliable and convenient operation. - Self-suction and transfer function
The asphalt distributor truck can draw asphalt from external sources into the tank, improving jobsite flexibility. - Thermal oil heating system
Thermal oil heats the asphalt pump, spray nozzles, and asphalt tank. Each heating circuit can also be controlled separately according to operating needs.
